I look at most of the books today and I want to shred them. Honestly, they are that god-awful. Some of my favourites right now are the Gone Series, the Razorland series, and Darkwing by Kenneth Oppel. Yes, it's that amazing. xD

I love anything by Kenneth Oppel (Silverwing series / Airborn series / TDE series). Tomorrow's Sphinx is also a goodie, by Clare Bell. I sort of liked her "The Named" series, although after a while you get tired of cats, ya know?
Dorothy Hearst's Wolf Chronicles is entertaining. She's working on the third book still.
Other than these, I have no outstanding favorites at the moment. I am trying out various other books. I want to try Maximum Ride and Above, because everyone's raving over those.
I DIDN'T like Hush, Hush at all. What's the hype? More irresistible, supernatural angel guys? Come on. Really, please, originality needs to make a comeback. Or maybe I'm just picky. ;D

I heard about Hush, Hush but I don't plan on reading it. I'm honest to god sick of angel/vampire/werewolf/demon/supernatural guys and love triangles and bleh. I find it really hard to find good books. D: That's why I don't have many favourites. Those up there are the only ones I love enough to remember.

I recently finished Paranormalcy by Kiersten White. It was entertaining, different and humorous in some ways. I found it to be a good read, and quickly ordered the sequel. The only thing I disliked was Evie's somewhat self-conceitedness. But hey, good books are hard to find, so I'm not judging too much.
Now I'm reading (half-way through it) Sisters Red by Jackson Pearce. For a werewolf book, it surprised me somewhat. I expected it to be dull, but rather, it's much more lively. I like the writing style used. So far, the characters are well-written and the book itself isn't too predictable. Now, if only the ending could, ah, not suck? xD
EDIT: Just finished Sisters Red. Final rating? LOVED. IT. A. LOT. Bahaha, the art class part was just hilarious. And Sila's car being a piece of crap xD So yeah, unexpectedly funny and very entertaining.
